A video showing a dog trying to help a cat run over by a car has gone viral on social media with thousands of reactions from users.
In the images, which were recorded in a road artery in China, the dying feline can be seen in the middle of the road, while the dog approaches it, sniffs it and decides to take it to the side of the road to take it to safety.
